Afternoon pick-me-up

150g natural yoghurt

150ml milk

1 apple

1 banana

150g of strawberries and raspberries mixed

4 ice cubes

At 4pm, blood-sugar levels can drop, but the berries in this shake are full of natural sugar and anitoxidants. Banana gives energy and serotonin to lift a low mood, while the yoghurt and apple fill you up until dinner time.
